Taxes, fees, and surcharges are extra, and autopay with paperless billing may be required — your specialist confirms your exact pricing before you commit. There's no annual contract.
How does the phone payoff work? +
If you still owe money on your current phone, switching can earn a reward of up to $800 per line (up to 10 lines). The amount is based on your remaining device balance and is paid as an AT&T Visa® Reward Card. It requires activating a new line, porting in an eligible number on a qualifying plan, credit approval, and an account in good standing.
Will I lose my number or my contacts? +
No. Your number ports over to AT&T, and because you're keeping your own phone, your contacts, photos, and apps never move — nothing to back up or restore. Just don't cancel your old service before the port completes; your specialist walks you through the timing.
